    Answer: B

Solution: According to the first statement it is given that A sits sixth to the left of B, who sits third to right of F. There are two possibilities that either B is sitting on the corner or B is sitting at the centre of a side. They are shown in Figure I and II

    Figure I

    Figure II

In the next statement it is given E sits second to the left of F. So according to the figure I the possibility is shown in Figure III and according to Figure II the possibility is shown in Figure IV

    Figure III

    Figure IV

In the next statement it is given that G sits between A and B . So according to the figure III the possibility is shown in Figure V and according to Figure IV the possibility is shown in Figure VI.

    Figure V

    Figure VI

In the next statement it is given that C sits immediate left of F, who is immediate left of D. So according to the figure VI the possibility is shown in Figure VII and according to Figure VI the possibility is shown in Figure VIII.

    Figure VII

    Figure VIII

In the next statement it is given that H sits at corner. But we that all corners are occupied in Figure VII so it is eliminated and Hence on placing H in figure VIII we get

Do according to the figure we see that C sits second left to D hence the correct option is B.
